1.Physical activity is any voluntary movement of the body that requires energy expenditure. Physical activity covers all activities of any intensity, performed at any time of the day or night. It includes physical exercises and occasional activities integrated into daily activities. This integrated activity may not be planned, structured, repetitive or purposeful to improve physical fitness, and may include activities such as walking to the local shop, cleaning, working, active transport, etc. Increased physical activity can improve physical health.
Recommendations for physical activity
